High Pressure Situations in Interpreting and How to Handle Them
On December 8, 2025, the Department of Translation Studies welcomed interpreter Miroslav Kováč, who gave a lecture on the life of a conference interpreter, focusing on interpreting ethics, high-pressure situations, and stress during interpreting, as well as practical recommendations on how to keep a cool head even when interpreting world leaders in the media.
