Graduate’s profile<\/h5>\n

Graduates of this study program (level 1) will acquire basic theoretical and methodological knowledge in the field of translation studies and in the history, development and methods of translation and interpreting. They will study the languages chosen to a high level in terms of contrastive grammar, lexicology and stylistics. They will learn the history, geography and culture of the particular countries to the extent necessary for translation and interpreting, as well as the literature written in their languages. They will also learn the basic strategies and methods in order to implement inter-lingual transfer and basic knowledge of specific language in the area of law, economics and European institutions.<\/p>\n
