The Department of Translation Studies Deepens Partnerships With International Universities and Research Institutions<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The Department closely collaborates with the Kaunas University of Technology in Lithuania, The Higher Institute of Administration and Management in Porto, Portugal, The University of Vienna in Austria, The University of Antwerp in Belgium, The Institute of Translation Studies at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic, The University of Macerata and The University of Palermo in Italy and The Alcal\u00e1 University in Spain.<\/p>\n

\u00a0We Are Likewise Strengthening Our Ties to the Translation Industry<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Our students work on real-time projects in translation, interpreting and audiovisual translation as part of their studies, but they also have the opportunity to take part in internships with translation agencies, companies and institutions in Slovakia and abroad. A close collaboration with the translation and interpreting industry is one of the core values of our department.<\/p>\n
